Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Normal wear and tear of the product

  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery


Refund Request Process

  • Clear images or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Refund Approval & Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider


Replacement Option

In eligible cases, lumewo may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement timelines will depend on product availability and delivery location.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by lumewo.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
