Order Processing Time

All orders placed on lumewo are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

In case of high order volumes, product drops, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email if there is any significant delay.


Shipping Locations 

Currently, lumewo ships within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
Order Tracking 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment until delivery.


Shipping Delays 

Lumewo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping-related issues.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery 

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. lumewo will not be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Missing Packages 

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the package and product. We will review the issue and take appropriate action as per our policy.
